Safety Features
- Dangerous effect caps: Levitation 15s, Wither 30s, Poison 60s
- Fall protection: Lethal tp → slow_falling added
- Error correction: Failed command → self-corrects → retries
- Gamerule revert: Changes auto-revert after 5-10 minutes
